Any recommendation of a reputable body shop in NYC or LI to fix rear bumper?

Hi!
New here and unfortunately first post is about my rear bumper being damaged. I bought my CPO black sapphire MY11 e90 328xi about 2 month ago.
Today I got 2-3 deep penny sized chips on my bumper that were left from number plate boltheads of a big SUV, the lack and paint are chipped and the plastic is visible.
I guess what I am looking forward is filling, sanding, priming and repainting of the bumper.
Question is how much that may cost and is it doable without removing the bumper from the car?
Any recommendation of a reputable but reasonable body shop in NYC or LI is appreciated. Currently I am on a tight budget(saving to pay the school tuition soon) of $250-$300. Anything else gonna wait until better times.

Go to All Sons Autobody in Bedford hills NY. It's about 35 min north of the city but the prices are excellent and the work is phenomenal.

You can check out their Instagram freon480 they do lots of work for e9x.
