2011 335I N55 Build

Bought my N55 35k miles last month and decided to up the horsepower. My last fully built beast was an E36 M3 505whp 490Tq TRM kit installed by Maximum Psi. This time a local shop Autocotoure will being doing my build. I already have the JB4 and BMS intake installed. Parts on order for install

Pure Stage 2 Turbo
BMS Methanol Injection
Ams intercooler
AR 3" Catless Downpipe
ER Charge pipe
In tank fuel pump

Feel free to chime in give input and follow along as things progress.

Add the N20 maps sensor so you can boost more than 21psi. I also think the wagner IC was found to have the best performance. And i hope you have some sticky tires on order lol.

Well thanks I can't change the parts they've been ordered. I'll talk to my installer about the N20 maps. I'm apart of the group buy from Apex going to run 198.5 front 19 9.5 rear any tire suggestions?

What he is talking about is the N20 TMAP sensor.

You need it in order to run more boost. Factor TMAP doesnt read more than 21PSI. Also, check on the burger tuning site, you may need to the adapter, you will need to check your factor sensor and make sure.

Isnt the ams intercooler only for the n54 ??? I think its not available for our n55

Yes but the lower chargepipe needs some work to fit on N55.

With that amount of power, I would suggest more meat Michelin PSS.
