I just replaced one of the D1S xenon bulbs in my e92. The headlight housing is now foggy and the bulb went out. Needless to say I seem to have got moisture in there. Do you guys think I didn't clip it in fully? Or the 5 screws around the cover under the fender liner aren't secure?
Also, is my bulb dead since it seems to have got moisture on it?

You probably didnt screw in the cap correctly.

You can get it out by taking the lid off and either leaving it off, or forcing some air in there (via hairdryer).

You didn't install the access door correctly. Put some silica gel packs in there and it'll clear up in a few hours.
