Spring Install

Hi guys, I just purchased a set of H&R Sports. I'm at the point of my car ownership that I no longer find installing parts fun nor does it give me a rewarding feeling afterwards.

Question, does anyone in Sacramento have a reputable shop or person they can recommend to do this? Not looking for anything sketchy, but quality at a decent price. Thank you!
