Bluetooth issue

Hello everyone,

I have a 10/2011 E91 with Professional CIC Navigation and today, I wanted to pair an iPhone (which had a name with special characters - attachment 1) with the iDrive's Bluetooth. The problem is that the iDrive kept saying "connecting..." after checking the passkey (attachment 2), and now the Bluetooth Devices list stays empty.
No matter what iOS or Android device I want to add, after checking the passkey, the screen will stay on the "connecting" step.
One strange thing is that media audio and phone calls work, but I can not see my adress book or anything else because iDrive says that there is no Bluetooth device connected.
Even though I can play music or receive phone calls, no device is shown as connected (attachment 3).

What can I do?
Is there any way to clear all Bluetooth data or even wipe the entire iDrive data?
I believe that the special characters (the two hearts - attachment 1) corrupted some files in the software.
