Any idea what you might ask for them?

Here's my original post:

I'm assuming APO means Army Post Office?

Thanks...

Seeing as 162'2 go for around $1400-1500 plus shipping I will sell my 161's for $1200 shipped to the east cost.

I'm really leaning towards 18" 's and I would rather spend the extra $300 or $400 for them (new or used). I understand you are trying to get your best offer, but I would only go for 17" wheels if the price was very low.

Thanks and thanks for serving our Country!

I see that So it would be better for me to use my tires up and then buy new rims since people are only offereing what the tires cost by themselves...

I'm not sure if I agree...

I think that most owners who have the base 325i (16" wheels) and are looking to upgrade to 17" or 18" probably don't want to bother having to purchase tires and wheels separately and would rather get them together especially since RFT's are so expensive.

Just my opinion though...

No thats not what I mean. i mean if I get offered only $800 thats what the tires cost by themselves. So instead of me running out and buying new 18" tires I will use my current setup and buy when my tires are done since i have to buy tires anyway. So yes I have to wait but i would rather do that than give away 161's with tires.

O.K ... my misunderstanding.

Yea, I can see your point especially if you are in no rush to get new wheels.

Thanks...
