Help with CC ID 24, 678 & 354 e93 325i

I have this really really annoying load of faults thaT keep flashing up, abs, tyre pressure and DTC, codes are CC ID 24, 678 & 354

I've spent months oldest searching around for a cure, even took it to BMW for diagnostics and it came back clear, no fault stored.

There is literaly no pattern as to when it comes on and off, I've tried charging the battery many times
Full locking steering on start up
Reducing and inflating tyre pressures to random and consistant psi

And obviously urging it in and nowt

Any help would be really helpful as we desperately need to sell the car now and I would not buy a car with all this up...... Anyone want to buy a car lol
