Anyone have a recommended shop in the StJames/LakeGrove area.

Not going to pepboys/Sears. Would go to NTB but we don't have any.

You can try "AAAA Tire" in Smithtown on middle country rd, speak to Jim. He's done all my work for the past 5-6 years on aftermarket wheels. Tell him Naj w/the black bmw sent you.

cool thanks dude. Just needed someone from here approve of a place. Im not stretching tires on a 19 3-piece wheel but i still dont want me wheel to get damaged.

No prob. Despite how obvious it is, I always mention 100x times to them that these are very expensive wheels, special ordered, custom finish, etc.

Haven't had any issue yet.

Oh and I also ask for Jim to do the work himself, as he's the owner and always cares about satisfying the customer.

Yeah Jim is out but I spoke to his uncle. 100 to mount and balance is a good deal. Competition BMW wants 180 and they still make nick them. All depends on the tech. I'll call back and request Jim to do it

thanks faz. Actually headed to competition in stjames since they are willing to do 35/corner. A little high but im cool with that for the peace of mind.

Firestone could have given you the TireRack price and lifetime mount/balance for less than that... good luck tho. Plus firestone is nationwide... not sure how far competitions warranty goes while your on the road? Did you ever sell those tpms's?

At competition? I'm glad I ended up going there since the tpms I bought off a member were missing the valve stem pin so they just grabbed new stems off the shelf, charged me of course but gear service. This will be my place now that I live out here.
