Recommendations on Charge Pipe and Blow Off Valve Needed
I have a 2007 335i N54 6MT with an ETS 5" Intercooler and related piping. Airbox is stock with drop in and I have an AFE Sealed intake sitting around to go in. Car has Cobb medium tune. Car has 60k miles.
I am considering replacing the charge pipe and blow off valves. Given my setup what are the recommended options. I prefer the OEM look and do not plan on ever running meth so no need for meth bungs. I have been researching and my head is spinning. What do you recommend for a no frills setup. |

I would look into a VRSF charge pipe w/ Tial BOV. They sell great products and have good reviews from forum users.

Most popular is VRSF and Evolution Racewerks . HKS is a very loud BOV, if you prefer a quieter one Tial is a very good option.
If you are looking to be a different, Active Autowerke have an amazing kit as well

I've had 2 ER charge pipes and the quality and fitment is perfect. I'm running an HKS BOV, too, and I'm fine with the sound.

ER Charge Pipe has great fitment and amazing quality! Made in USA as well Tial BOV is probably the most popular, but quiet. HKS is pretty loud if thats your thing. Mike |

Depending on your needs, ER has a bit more finish options and flexibility with meth bungs. VRSF has the Tial, HKS or OEM configs with 1 meth bung standard and a black finish. |

Thanks everyone. I am leaning towards ER pipe long version and Forge or Turbo Smart DVs. Might need to do pipe then DVs later. Gonna get walnut blasting and install at that same time.

Picked up the ER CP Long with Forge DV. Noticeably better engine response for me with a 6MT and holds boost better on shifts. I think my stock dvs were fluttering.

Thanks to all the input from everyone. I will say that the Forge DVs are not that stealthy with the tubing. They do seem to work well though for my need and are very quiet.

What is the chargepipe that is the expensive one? Anyone know the name of it? It comes with inlets I think.
