No Power to Radio, No Sound, No Door Chime

Just had to replace the fuse box and power wire that feeds it from the battery. After hooking the battery back up everything in the car works except my radio. No idrive, think its just the hifi logic7. All the fuses are good and put back in the original positions on the old fuse box. Unlike the glitch where you could still see the clock and inputs but just had no sound from the speakers I'm getting no display at all. Any tips to fix this?

That was a recall I believe.
Shouldn't BMW have taken care of that?

I would check the battery as it might have gotten depleted or damaged.
Follow the power would the obvious thing but you will need a voltmeter and
schematics. .
Also read the first pdf above about the IBS it can turn stuff off if it thinks the battery
is low.
Do a scan for terminal 15 errors as described in the first pdf.
I think that is what you get when the ibs turns stuff off.

Yea I was under the impression it was a recall as well but they said my VIN wasn't part of the recall. I wasn't going to fight with them over it so I just fixed it myself for $200 bucks. Thanks for the pdf info. I'll take a look at them later today.
