CABLES IN THE TRUNK for bluetooth? usb? pre-wired

I have a 2008 323i (production date feb 2008)

does anyone know what these cables are for?
I'd like to install bluetooth / usb in my car and would like to know if these wires are pre-installed for that.

my car is 640 tele prepped - no bmw assist (sos)

if anyone knows what these wires are for please let me know. thanks

for usb functionality you need additional usb cable and socket

That's perfect. What model tcu do I need? Do you have the model number?

Can I use that exact model that's in the photo?
