Hey,

Right so on my front headlights i've got the dull Amber Angel Eyes, (its a 09 plate LCI E90), Now i've seen quite a few 10 plates with White Angel Eyes..

Question is..

What do i have to do to get mine from Amber to White and how much will it cost roughly and where can i get this from?. I'm assuming it is a bulb change but i also think i'm WRONG lol. Thanks

Can i get TV on my LCI CIC head unit, its for a 09 plate (if that means anything).

again, what do i need and where from?.

You need to buy H8 White bulbs. Cree led are good choice approx £40 for a pair and some gloves as you may scratch ur hands up changing them under the bonnet.

As for tv speak to Makkan00 he can tell you what you need and fit and code it for you

Change the bulbs.

One of the first things I did was to change them to white LED bulbs. Took about 5 mins to do each one.

How did you gain access? Wheel off and remove panel?

Nope.
Open bonnet and do it through there.

It's pretty easy as they are behind little twist off covers.

I did mines through the wheel arch liner, but it is a bit more time consuming as you have to undo about 5 bolts to take it off, and putting it back can be fiddly.

Also, you only need H8 bulbs if you have xenon headlights. The E92 and E93 came with these standard, on the E90 and E91 this was not the case so there is a good change you have the reflector style headlight, in which case it is not a H8 bulb you need! So just watch out for that when buying.

What can be coded out? Dont understand? Do you mean you can just code TV and TV will work

Thanks for reply, i don't suppose you could provide a link to a decent set of bulbs could you?. also i have xenons on my main headlight its just the rings i want to change from amber to white (so they match the Xenons).
