Temporarily removed sub...leave technic harness/loc connected?

I had to temporarily remove my subs/amp for trunk space. Is it safe to leave the technic harness and LOC still connected to the logic 7 amp? Will it cause any issues to the factory sound system or amp? Thanks in advance.

You might tape up the loose ends.
Pre wiring is usually wrapped up in foam
and or tape.
