Leaking Heater Core?

For months I have been smelling a kind of chemical smell from my vents when I run the heater or the AC. It makes me feel kind of sick if I breath it for too long. I have had my car in on 3 separate occasions and BMW says they can't find any leaks. However, today I took down the cover under the glove box and I saw a small amount of blue-ish fluid that looks like it leaked down from the blower motor. I wonder if my heater core is leaking? The thing is, the car passes a pressure test. And my windows don't fog up when the heat is on. Is it possible for the heater core to leak but not show up on a pressure test and with steam? What else can create a chemical smell with the vents running?

Check the washer fluid filler neck. Mine developed pinhole leak(s) at first, so it would squirt washer fluid on the exhaust manifold under hard accel/turning/braking.

Hmm thats not a bad idea. I noticed also that the tubing for the washers is kind of suspended over the intake for the HVAC. I think if it leaked it would end up in the HVAC stream. Bad design.
