Hello! Item NR: 25110404454 - will this item fit pre-facelift e90 2007 320d

Is the boot plastic frame the same

Looks just like my stock 2007 E92 shifter, so I don't see why not. You can always pop off your current one and post a pic of what shape the shifter slides into. Again I'm just guessing, but I doubt it's different.
