Have you had warranty work done with a modded car?

Has anyone in the northwest gone to the dealership for warranty work with mods on your car? My car isn't crazy but I do have dps, cp, dci, jb4...
I need injectors replaced. I have index 05 and 83000 miles. I think my best option is getting them replaced from the dealership. So... anyone know a guy?

buy the injectors and have some one install and code them for you

Looks like I will have coding help if I need it. The uninstall was super easy so that's not the issue. The issue is I have to buy 1 used injector or buy 6 new ones, to my knowledge. I found some cheap used ones that come with a 6 month warranty, so maybe I will go that route. But then I still have to deal with the o ring and what not.
