I have ordered G5 ISO but you sent me G4 board inside the plastic casing.

Mike is a good guy, could very well have been an honest mistake. Next time reach out to a vendor first. If only after you're not satisfied with their attempt of a resolution then create a thread like this.

Leave it to a newb to try to publicly flame a very respected OG vendor on the forum. I'm guessing you're still a teenager because I couldn't fathom an adult not just taking the more simple route and contacting that person directly. If I were Mike, I would send you your G5 board covered in excrement.

Hello everyone,
Thank you very much for your trust in our company. It means a lot to me to see that all the hard work is paying off.

Customer sent me an email at 11:05 pm, i replied at 11:55 pm and asked him to send me pictures of the board. Unfortunately my reply was not quick enough because by that time he had already opened a paypal claim and to quote " he opened the claim just so i can take him seriously".

Anyways at 11:59 pm i sent an email to Burger tuning with the customer included and asked them to take care of this mistake so im very surprised to see this thread created today (on 2 forums)

We get JB4 in stock every 1-2 week so this is not an old board that has been sitting around for a while and we just decided to sell today. I am waiting for Burger Tuning's response to see why the customer ended up with an older board, that being said since vendors do not open the enclosures and check the boards for every order, this mistake was almost impossible for us to catch.

That is some good customer service Mike, basically within 3 business hours a new part is shipped out to the customer.

I can't believe he'd open a PP claim at 11pm without even giving you a chance to respond. Very immature on OP's part.

This guy could very well be another vendor in disguise, trying to bash other companies in order to boost his own business. POS move but that's reality.

Mikayou, the appropriate thing to do from your end at this time, would be to sincerely apologize for prematurely overreacting/bashing and to deactivate yourself from this community.
