e46 m3 wheels on 2010 e92?

Local guy is selling e46 m3 wheels with winter tires.

Here is a pic I dont know if they are really m3 since i thought e46 m3's came with 19's

PIC

Fronts are 225/45 r18
Rears are 255/40 r18

My 92 has the Msport package with 19in currently with a 5mm offset plate. Bought the car like this so dont know what there was orignally or if the Msport package has a lowered stand or anything.

If you're referring to style 67 wheels, they were available in 18x8 ET47 and 18x9 ET26. You might get some rubbing with the rear offset and 255/40.

Anything i can do to stop that? They would rub in the rear on the top? I need a roll?

Pretty good deal if they will work cus my 19's are not very winter friendly

For a winter setup, what's recommended is that you use 225/40 on all four corners. We're not sure if the tire specs on that set is ideal for your vehicle in the snow, or cause +/- to your vehicles handling in the snow.

If you do get rubbing with 255/40, fender rolling should be able to fix that.
