No traffic after nav map update

Evening all, I have recently updated my LCI CIC nav to 2016 premium after obtaining an fsc from Litany. I have tried everything but my live traffic information just won't work, it tries and then days no information available at this time.
Any ideas? Do I need to update a subscription?

Worked fine before the update with 2011 map

No help to you, but mine was fine - 2011 to 2016 too
