Hazards and lock buttons wont work!! need fixed asap

hello recently i was towing my friend when he broke down and my hazards were fine the after wards I turned them off and tried turning them back on and the havent worked since and i need my inspection done this month and need it fixed immediately then the week after i turned my traction off for the day then turned it back on again and the day after my traction and lock buttons dont work anymore my entire 3 buttons wont turn on and obviously you need hazards to pass inspection and i cant figure out why help please!!!

Sounds like a fuse is blown. Probably nothing but coincidental to the things you did.
