I wanted to share some of our non BMW content here and also provide when I can "Behind the Scenes" (BTS) insight. Hopefully a few of you find it valuable!

We debuted this car at Essen a couple of weeks ago. It is a matte satin wrap, similar to our old 458 in Rosso Fuoco Opaco. It also features some a Capristo exhaust.

Obviously with this being one of the first 488's modified, we wanted to debut the car at Essen, where it did receive great praise.

Love the color scheme on that Ferrari, but not feeling those wheels on this application.

Can't say I expected a different response. Your cast wheels are known to break, Mike. Perhaps you're not familiar with your company's history. Are these forged wheels better? Let's start elsewhere, are they actually forged?

Technically, this thread is about sharing our non BMW automotive content with behind the scenes insight but to answer your post, I am obviously very familiar with our history so let me go in depth as I am proud of the product we produce and more than happy to share. Our low pressure cast wheels are not known to break as we have a long history of high quality wheels, low pressure cast, flow formed and forged. Like every wheel company and like ANY company we have had issues and have always tried our best to resolve them. They are by far the minority of the tens of thousands of wheels we sell every year. There are threads all over this BMW forum for issues, they sell over a million cars and some will have issues unfortunately.

In regards to the wheels on the Ferrari 488 GTB, they are Vossen Forged made in our TUV Verified facility here in Miami. All our factories are TUV Verified. We continuously go through TUV testing for our wheels which is a long process. Our Vossen Forged Wheels go through a vehicle optimization process to ensure we exceed standards.

Below is a post I made on another forum which I think is quite relevant here so pardon the cut and paste.

We feel very strongly that each of our technologically sophisticated factories and processes create the among the best wheels on the market. We also have a 5 year workmanship warranty and lifetime structural warranty and unlike most companies, really stand behind it. Our "run out" tolerance is .015" but generally under .010" (the wheel roundness is within the thickness of three sheets of paper overall), I confidently say you might not own a better wheel in regards to quality construction free of vibration. We have owners of various exotic and high end cars switch to Vossen from other high end wheel brands as they know we make one of the highest quality wheels on the market today. Our Vossen Forged program continues to grow and improve as we are committed to producing what we feel are the best quality wheels on the market today.

Okay this is a BMW but I think deserves to be shared here as well

The infamous #i8pizza gets award winning upgrades starting with our LC Series...

Without a doubt James McDonnell created a firestorm with his BMW i8 he has coined "#i8Pizza" since early last year when he debuted his car lowered on our red Vossen Forged VPS-305T wheels.



The subsequent media production at the port of Miami was made even more special when the LouLaVie i8 was included and both cars were filmed at the Port of Miami...



Since that time James has not stayed still constantly changing his i8 setup eventually becoming the first i8 on air suspension thanks to Accuair and Slammered. We both thought it would be an amazing opportunity to debut our new LC Series wheels and James decided on the LC-104 with a new matte black wrap.



The car debuted at Wekfest Miami in December where it won best Euro honors. The time had come to do full media production and we felt this modern home was right at "home" with this amazing i8.



The LC Series debuted at our Vossen Sky Lounge during SEMA week 2015 and has quickly gained a cult following for blending the look of a 3-piece wheel with the positive aspects of 1 piece monoblock ownership.

Not really much done to the Vossen Audi S8 except the H&R lowering module and APR tune....so the 4.0tt now makes around 650hp....this big sedan simply defies physics and is one of my favorites.







It is such a rare car to see, in Miami everyone seemingly has a S-class. We brought her out to Wekfest and debuted our new LC Series wheels on it.

Tom is know on IG as “14StormTrooper” and has a pretty big following due to his sick modified Jeep Cherokee SRT8 featured here. He was one of the first SRT-8’s on our Vossen Forged Wheels and it was a feature car at SEMA 2015. That gave us the opportunity to wake up really early the Saturday morning after SEMA to link up with him to complete a full photoshoot and video.



Its always great to see a vehicle you have followed on social media in person and this was no different. Tom was a great guy to meet and we had a blast shooting his SRT-8 Monster. Turn up your speakers as well since it features a badass GT-Haus full exhaust!
