EOI 320d

Ok dead serious, no troll. Looking at getting a 320d runabout for my dad and I as both our cars are off the road for differing reasons. Anyone got an e90 320d that can give me the tank size and how many kms you get out of it on average? Also, any major issues I need to look out for when buying one? Like all of the N54 stuff such as lpfp, thermostat etc

Best I get is 1100km on mine, all I've got is a high flow intake, m sport intercooler and custom exhaust. With a bluefin tune it'll make he car a but more efficient, so will LPG injection systems (like 3k) and smt2 oil addative will probably give you another 100k's
Not really any major issues as far as I'm concerned, other than the timing belt. I dot think it's too likely you'll run into timing belt issues unless the car hasn't had a major service

No issues with mine except for the recent water pump and thermostat due to age I guess

Garage List
I thought I posted here already but I guess not.

When I had my pre LCI 2006 320d I got 700km to a tank.

The most I ever got was 800 and that was once when I did a few hours of highway driving.

Never saw above about 815km ever.

Usually it was 645-715 per tank.

My driving was all local to and from work and around town.

I consistently get 800km from a tank of diesel, that's with about 5 litres remaining. All city driving, average is 6.9L/km.

I just did a trip from Melbourne to Merimbula today, 560km one way. Averaged 5.4L/km that's with 4 people in the car, and a boot full of luggage. And that's with using every overtaking opportunity, and keeping a speed of 110-120km with the occasional burst up to 140+ to beat slow traffic.
Still have half a tank remaining.

Overall very happy with that, Its on 95,000km atm, I've done 30,000km since I bought it and no major issues only has to replace front pads and rotors but I guess that's are wear and tear item and pretty common on Euro cars.
