I've read a few things about this but all of them are a bit old. I have a ppk installed from factory but I didn't even think about it when I bought the JB4 whether or not it will fuck with the ppk or not.

What are the Benefits or downsides to having both on or is there really going to be a waste? What are my options?

Put the JB4 on. The PPK and JB4 are two different types of tuning, so they can both be used at the same time. You will get the exhaust note from the PPK and more boost from the JB4.

Its actually a very easy answer
Jb4 controls boost, PPk controls everything else

JB4 + PPK will give you noticeable more power than PPK on its own

I heard that wasn't the case on the N55, it's noticeable though on the N54. At least that's what everyone was saying on N54tech.

From what i have seen, it will still add noticeable power increase

Which I will be eventually. I'll only go FBO, nothing more, it's my daily driver so I don't want to go crazy on engine mods.

I had PPK installed from new!!
Added jb4 after and no issues at all... It only exaggerated the pops and bags and doesn't effect each other in anyway!!

If I already have the JB4, what benefits, if any, would I achieve by also getting the PPK flash? Besides the gurgles, lol...

Instead of paying for the PPK, get more mods ( downpipes, intake, charge pipe,intercooler)

I have PPk+JB4 stacked on BMS BEF via Cobb. The PPK is mainly for the exhaust sounds. I didnt go to a dealer either I had someone on N54 tech do a remote tune for me for basically the cost of going on a dinner date.

I'm interested in flashing ppk as well. What do you need for a remote flash? I've heard that a power supply is necessary for a flash.. Is that true?
