Adjustable end links

I've called four different places and no one sells adjustable end links for the xi? Am I missing something here?

Any places you guys know that sell them?

Its just a center to center distance......I cant imagine why they would not fit provided you got the correct length

theres these as well.......the ends are the same for i and xi, so i would imagine they fit fine provided you get the correct range. I believe a lot of guys with the sonic tuning coilovers did this to get rid of cluncking noises they had after install

Correct I'm doing the same to prevent that crappy clunk noise.

I saw those H-sport ones too, a good price and company. I'll just order those then, thanks for helping.

no problem.......i was looking at those coilovers with so many mixed reviews i still cant make up my mind.....kw v1s seem like the best solution but im worried about how low they are in the rear even at the highest setting.

Yeah I want the sonic tuning coilovers, a few mixed reviews on stiffness. Honestly, my past coilovers were good no problems. They're all stiff for the most part.

I have ST V1 coilovers right now in a box unopened, if I don't sell them by Wednesday I'm gonna just install them. You're honestly going in the right direction with either of the two coilovers. I wouldn't touch anything unless it's Sonic tuning, KW/ST, or Fortune Auto for the most part.

Ya that seems on par with everything I've seen. I'm planning on getting something soon and installing in the spring. I just need to be able to raise it up as much as I can for winter in the northeast. Thanks for the insight

You get clunks in the front end of the car. It's similar to what happened to my crappy OEM ones from my old R56. It's better anyways to get some good stainless steel ones. BMW made these xi suspensions very crappy.

That's for sure. I know XI is not what BMW is meant to be but they could have made this suspension so much better from factory

I went with hpa endlinks. Pricey to me honestly. But if I had to do it again I believe white line make adjustable endlinks for xi. I also have sonic tuning s3 coilovers for xi. They are very smooth and comfortable, I have it set 5 front 10 rear for dampening and I live in NY. The front and rear are max out on lowering but front still seems a little high to me. I hope it settles otherwise I'll be disappointed. Otherwise though I love the coilovers. One more thing to mention you have to put like 2 washers each under oem strut tower bar or the dampening knob will rub and snap on it.

Interesting, I heard that's the issue with S3 coilovers. That is why I went with KW V1's instead, I'm loving them every day since I installed them last week. I may slightly raise my front because I think it'll rub with my other wheels. Glad everything worked out though for you. If you really want the front lower, just remove the bump stops and you can adjust it accordingly without an issues. At least that's what the KW guys have done on the xi.

I don't even remember seeing seeing bump stops during the install lol. I'm going to ask my installer about that
