How slammed can i get?
I have just installed coilovers and lowered it all round but i still want to get atleast 25mm lower all round. I have less than 5mm between the inner rim and springs on the front, if i go any lower will i then start rubbing on the springs? I have 20mm spacers on fronts.

The wheel is bolted to the strut, so nothing there should change (unless youre moving something down on the strut and into the tire)

What are you people talking about.. the lower you go the more natural camber you get.. the closer it gets to the strut.. if let's say your stock ride height and have 10mm space between the wheel and the strut, if you lower the ride height the distance between the strut and the wheels is gonna decrease.. that just from the top because the camber gets affected by ride height.

OP, you're a man of constitution, a-cause every little bump stands t'bottom yer ride! That means a really impressive shower-o-sparks, babe magnet fer sure! But, what about those pesky alignment issues? You know....toe....camber....and what about those shocks? Gotta match not only spring rates, but travel and ride height. What's a guy to do? Looks like you'll be investing in all new custom shocks OK, and thick gel inserts for your seats. But you'll handle like a champion if ya can take the pounding! ![]() |
