stupid question if this happens, meaning one upgrade at a time. which one will allow to still drive the car? deletes and exhaust first, then then you flashing my ecu or vice versa? Or should both be done at the same time?

As Heather says -- though if you have a fresh regen you can probably drive the car 100-200 miles with the new tune before the DPF gets too soot filled. Only reason to do this is if you need to (as I did) send off the ECU then reinstall and drive somewhere to do the DPF-ectomy.
