Fixing a CAT C

Does anybody know if there are any regulations preventing me from cutting out a section of a car and replacing it?

Looking at buying a CAT C which has rear end damage and the wheel well is crumpled. Thinking the easiest solution would be to cut it out and replace it with one from a donor car.
