what to have after 330d??

being forced down the company car route after using my own e91 (for sale in classifieds) and claiming 45p a mile for last 6 months. apparently it's not cost effective for them!!
anyway this leaves me with a tough choice as they will not stretch to 330d/even to any 3 series I suspect so any suggestions for business lease estate diesel auto which is fun but realistic - I guess looking at around 300-400 p/m 20k miles a year with maintenance included?

A3 / A4 sport back? Jag XF Shooting brake?

Bear in mind you get taxed on BIK. The tax element seems to depict a lot of peoples choices (though not everyone).

If it had to be estate I would also look at the Jag XF shooting brake, other than the BMW I don't think I'd want any other estate, now the new XF has been released the 'older' shape will go down in price quite I bit I would expect

Edit; I do know however the BIK on the old XF's is pretty high...
