Filling in the PDC holes

Has anyone had any experience with a body shop filling these cutouts in? If you have had this done, did the body shop guarantee their work?

Why would you want to do something like this?

Can you exchange it for one without the holes?

Do you have iDrive? If so, how expensive would it be to add PDC to your car?

To me, expecting body filler in four half-inch holes to all remain flat and not crack or distort over time on a flexible part like a bumper is wishful thinking.

Don't go on only my opinion. I am certainly no body repair expert. Perhaps someone else on the forum has had experience filling a series of holes this size with good results. It just seems difficult to find a good body repair shop these days that can do something like this for a reasonable price.

It would probably look retarded to use those pre-painted bumper plugs people use to fill the holes from a removed front license plate bracket. It might look like four nipples .

Check Real OEM. If you are lucky BMW sells the PDC faces separately from the sensors.
