FS: Genuine BMW Performance Auto Shift Knob, Barely Used

Anyone looking for a performance auto shift knob for E9X? I only picked it a couple months ago while my car has been in storage. Is in perfect condition in original packaging, I've only used the car with it installed about 6 times. I have it for sale as I've found that I can retrofit a manual ZHP knob but if you're looking to keep it legit this is the way to go.

Asking $80 since they go for around $100 new online which I think is pretty fair given its condition. If you live in the Seattle area I can also install it if you'd like.

pretty nice. $80 installed seems okay. Might need to take a look to see if that color would work.

Sure, I'd be happy to show it to you first I'm just up in Lynnwood. What interior trim do you have? It matches the aluminum perfectly which is what I have. PM me your contact info if you're interested.

Just SOLD. Yeah I really liked it but I was looking for something smaller and without a button to press. The manual ZHP knob turned out perfect... I had no idea you could fit a manual knob on an auto. Highly reccomend it.

Yup custom cut a decal for the knob so nobody tries to put your auto car into 1st gear

Haha, I did leave the light selector on the left. Hopefully that along with the very obvious absence of a clutch.

Do you recall if the silver trim is removable? I am going to buy one and want to wrap that silver trim in cf wrap.

I'm not entirely sure, I'm pretty sure you can on the stock selector. You probably could, If not carefully wrap it and see if you could tuck it under the trim. It's hard to tell without the knob in front of me.

Yes, it's actually very easy to retrofit a manual knob. I was browsing forums and found several that claimed that you can without the button function. I decided to give it a shot with a ZHP knob and was amazed to find it works perfectly. Granted I did have the wrap the lever with medical tape a few times to get a tight fit bc you can't engage the lock bead. After applying a ton of force, it was on and on for good. Extremely easy and surprisingly satisfying mod.

Hey Tara! I wish I could've made it up for the Vancouver meet but I'm hoping to have the car out within a month or so. We'll have to have you guys down here soon.
