Sometimes it's loud other times it's not but the best way to describe it is a pump depressurizing. Sometimes I think I can hear air whooshing after the process completes. I also hear something mechanical moving around the turbos. It makes like a buzzing sound and then it stops.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yeah the 'pump depressurizing' sound you talk about I can hear that too from inside the car after I turn it off but have no idea what that is.. would like to find out though.
Could it be something to do with the retained head thing that allows you to use the 'rest' mode which keeps pumping hot air into the car even after turning the car off..? |

Cool, good to know. Thanks. I thought it was related to the waste gates closing or something like that.
