Need help with 335i e92 Turbos LA mechanic or enthusiast needed

Hey Guys, I’ve been e90post for a while just never posted before.
I’ve purchased a 2007 335i when it was new and have kept it in spite of accidents and some mechanical issues. 101,00 miles and its my daily driver. I still think the car is awesome and love to drive it.
The transmission failure was the biggest problem i’ve had thus far. I replaced the water pump/thermostat myself with the help of these boards thank you very much!

I still don’t want to give up on this car but it has developed a noticeable turbo whine sound when you accelerate. The car also feels very under powered and when i give it heavy throttle i get a service light. sad.
I shot this video today:

Am i looking at Turbo failure?

I can’t afford any more Bob Smith dealership repairs at this point. So i’m really open to finding a local guy in LA who has done this before and would be interested in taking this on. I don’t have the space to perform this job myself at my apartment plus its a bit daunting. Any good ideas on affordable places to source parts for this job is also welcome.

Side note: I’m a pretty good Delorean mechanic (my other car hobby) if any of you guys need any help in that arena

AK - Thanks for the info email sent.

I'll check on the DV. My plastic charge pipe cracked when i was in an accident. I replaced it with another plastic charge pipe but who knows. I'll use this rainy day to poke around in there.

Should definitely go and replace the charge pipe to avoid that headache.
