Dying LPFP? Log inside
Hi all,
Can you look at my log and let me know what you think? Particularly the LPFP Req/Actual PSI. Car has just felt sluggish recently and I got a couple misfires on the highway (no codes, new plugs and coils within previous 5k). Fairly large timing corrections too that I am working on with tuner. Mods are as in signature. Any thoughts? Concerned about the deviation from the requested PSI that the LPFP seems to have. Edit: Only codes I have are P2AAF, and P2DED because I have a few things hardwired to the fuse box. http://datazap.me/u/mg4734/log-14578...og=0&data=1-21

Nope, the system is just not that good at compensating. The STFT can compensate for a lot, look for your misfire problem elsewhere. I would check the plugs and coils first

That was my first thought, though I just did all 6 plugs and 6 brand new coils around 5K miles ago. No codes for misfire either but I'm sure I felt one. Any chance one went bad that fast? Don't wanna start randomly replacing since I don't have a code.

As soon as you get a sign of what cylinder is consistently misfiring at high boost, swap that coil with the one next to it. If the misfire moves, it is the coil. If the misfire stays, it is the plug or injector, replace the plug and try again.

Thanks. It's pretty random right now (I can rarely replicate it) but I'll keep at it.
