Engine Power Problems JB4

My 2011 335i with the n55 engine has been experiencing some problems lately. The mods I have on the car are as follows: Jb4 running map 5, BMS charge pipe, BMS oil catch can. There are two issues I’m currently having with the car.
1) when I start to accelerate(doesn’t matter if it’s a hard or soft acceleration) the car loses some power and sometimes goes into limp mode. This happens about 30% of the time.
2) I have emptied my oil catch can twice in the past 4 months and both times it has been filled almost all the way to the top with pure yellow oil. These problems seemed to have started a month or two after installing the JB4. I updated the JB4 firmware about 3 months ago and the car only has 54,000 miles. Please let me know what you guys think.

Alex

Yellow oil? I'd have it checked for a leaky head gasket.

I'm no mechanic but these don't sound like problems the jb4 would cause.

I haven't had time to read the codes yet, this is due to the fact that when I restart the car the codes all disappear. When I get a chance I'll read them, it's the weirdest and most inconvenient thing. I almost got rear ended going though a tunnel today.
