Insomniacs
I like to stay up til 5 or 6 AM because I can (no strict hours for work). Of course the posts always slow to a trickle during these hours. For those USA members who always stay up way too late, introduce yourself in this thread and tell us why you're up when you should be sleeping.

Yeah sometimes I find myself waking up in the early mornings. 3-5am. Which really sucks cause I work most days 10-8 so I need more sleep! I

I always found a little medical herb helps me to fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep better.

lol @ all the posts coming in during the day.
I'm CTO / renaissance man at a rather small but successful and multinational company. I'm on good terms with the boss otherwise this wouldn't be happening. Sometimes I have to come in early but it's rare enough that I just stay up. |

No, I work as needed. There's no point in staying at the office just to burn time and my boss understands that. Usually no more than 4 hours of actual work in a day although it can be way more. I have a ton of personal projects / interests / hobbies that take up the rest of my time.
I almost never work from home unless it's a quick email or editing something. |

I sleep way too late but wake up early. Just looking at intardnetz and interwebz usually. Just need extra time to wind down.

sure I get what you saying I only take when I think I need it. Tylenol always have worked for me even from back in the day when I use to stay up all night partying. I would just take couple that would knock me out getting up with no hangover. |

ASAP! Even you might not feel any pain in your back/neck area, try this to be 100% sure: Take a tennis ball and tuck it between your back and a wall, then apply pressure to it by leaning your back to the wall. Then slowly start checking by pressing and moving from side to side, where you have tension in your upper/lower back area. This should be done inch by inch and very slowly. As soon as you feel any pain from the rolling tennisball, you have somethinh that is restricted in your back, wich could cause a billion of other health related issues as: Tinnitus ( ringing, humming ears ), clogged up nose ( somewhere in your body sn infection is breeding ( back ) and causes your body to develope other infections ( clogged nose, sinus ) Result: Insomnia God bless ya friends!
