problem with my e90 330i wen make a stop it feels like I got rear ended

Guys my car drives and shifts smooth but wen i come to a complete stop it feels like I got rear ended. Can anybody help me out with this problem thanks

If it's an auto you should check gearbox solenoids,well known weak part of the box.
