Volk GTS Experiment, didn't work out very well :(

So i already had a set of 19 x 8.5 +34 and 19 x 9.5 +37 Volk GTS in a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Since I have never seen them on a E90 before, I decided to take a gamble (on the fronts really) and order a set of Ichiba adapters (12mm).

This made the setup 19 x 8.5 +22 front with a 245/35-19 and 19 x 9.5 +25 rear with a 255/35-19.

I will be pulling them tonight since the fronts don't work. If only they had a little more offset.

if you plan on getting some coilovers they'll work! Currently running 9.5 +22 in the fronts with a 255 and no rubbing.

That looks great, I guess I'll pick up some coilovers,

What side skirts do you have?

Okay so what do you guys think about a 19 x 8.5 +35 front and a 19 x 10 +40 rear? I plan on a roll and coilovers as well. Not sure on tire sizes but I think a 245/35-19 front and a 265/35-19 rear.

How low are you planning on going? I'd personally run a 235/35/19 in the front and a 265/30/19 in the back.

I have 18x8.5 +39 with a 225/45 up front for the winter and still had a ton of room.between the tire and the fender so I think a 245/35-19 would work with a 19x8.5 +35 as those are pretty conservative specs.

Thanks guys, I went ahead and ordered some new wheels, I will update when they get here I will hold onto the adapters and revisit this setup when I get coilovers and an alignment.

Sorry for off topic comment but you said you ran a 9.5 +22 with 245/35/19 tire? I'm running 8.5 +17 with 245/35 and I'm rubbing pretty badly at where the bumper bracket meets the fender. Did you do any modifications or camber to the front to fit that? Thanks.

Hey sorry I just saw this now. I'm running a 255/35-18 on 9.5 +22 but they are 18s. Looks like your setup should be around 8mm's less aggressive, are you currently running camber plates up front? I have vorshlag adjustable plates in the front and am currently at -2.4* up front.
