i want change my front bumper to M tech bumper ..
is there anyone , who can say me, what exactly i need ?

Be aware that the OP is in Europe and he might just be wondering all the parts exactly needed for the order. Mtech should be easier for him to get, but there's much more than just the bumper that is needed.

I'm confident someone will post the answer.

i have bumper , i was in bmw dealer , and they sayd me many many things, that must be changed , but i think , they are so stupid , they just want sell me many parts , that i dont need to change it ..

is there somebody , who change front bumper and know , what parts exatcly must be changed ?

i think , that i will sell bumper

you need bumper cover, fog lights, fog supporter, 9006 type plugs, wheel housings. you can reuse your current bolts and other components.

I also think you need a new bottom guard for the mtech, which I just used my OEM one and left with some gaps.

You also need new brake cooling and oil cooler ducts.
