I have an E90 key fob from a 2011 323i. If anyone needs an extra... $60. Just needs to be reprogrammed with your car.

Are e90 keys reprogrammable?

This. I know you can mess around with it to lock/unlock doors but I don't think you can reprogram a used key FOB to start the car. If you ultimately have to go back to BMW to get to be reprogrammed, there really is no use buying a used one as the cost would likely be the same anyway.
