I think the Lux is brighter.. I like the way the predator ice looks though..

I don't think that Predator ICE is as bright as LUX 5.0's but you can't beat the ICE for the price...

True....the LUX cost almost twice as much as the ICE, but I'd be willing to pay that amount if the LUX were in fact brighter and whiter. At the same time, the ICE does have a Lifetime warranty compared to 1 year for LUX.

Honestly... the I like Lux 4 but I think the 5 are just overkill

.. I think either Lux 4 or Predator ICE has the perfect temp, it matches the OEM Xenons very well and doesnt look too busy..

Hmmm a 3rd option to consider. However showing pics of these lights on a vehicle at night or in the dark is one thing, do you have pics of your lights outside during the day?

Not yet, but we can try to shoot some in the next few days as our e90 customer will be returning for some other developmental (non-lighting) work.

Unfortunately there are no comparison pics of LUX and predator ice. I'm still waiting to find someone in the area, or some one to take some pics. Here is a picture of PIAA angel eyes (LEFT) and LUX 4.0 (Right)

if ur looking for brightest and whitest uve pretty much have no choice but to get the lux 5.0s they are exactly what u are looking for

pictures can't really gauge the brightness of the angel eyes... for all you know, i could have taken pictures of my PIAAs. they are deceiving in pictures. In person, the PIAAs are way dimmer than even the LUX 3.0, so unless you have a side by side comparison, you're going to have to see these in person to judge

Yes, pics of angel eyes is very hard to get right.

Wow, the LUX is so much brighter than the PIAA. About the same color though.

Actually the Lux have a slightly higher color temperature (ie more blue) than the PIAA. I know, coz that's my car in the picture

I personally like the Predator ICE setup, I love the output in terms of color and brightness. We had a chance to install this on Kenny's car and it really cleans up the front end without making the rings over power the rest of the car or be too blue.

Angels can never over power the car. Don't be deceived by the glare that angels seem to project. That glare is just a result of incorrect camera settings. In person, LUX 5 look just like regular angels, except very very bright. But that brightness is concealed within an angel eye.
I hope what I just said makes any sense to you. You have to see Lux 5 in person to judge.
