Outlet/Charge Pipe Fitment

My mechanic friend and I installed Vargas inlets and the Vargas outlet/charge pipe at his shop yesterday. He was able to get all three pipes out and the Vargas ones installed without removing the downpipes. The inlets fit great, although the back one is very tight. It gets squished a little between the firewall and the head. The outlet took forever to get positioned correctly and I still have a couple of issues with the fitment. The silicone bend that goes to the front turbo puts some pressure on the coolant line running out of the bottom of the coolant reservoir and touches the AC line that runs along the frame rail by the front turbo as well. We spent a couple of hours trying to get as much clearance as possible but it still touches both points. Anyone who's installed these have any advice? Thanks

Thinking about buying a Vargas charge pipe for the n54? It's on sale for $69, has anyone else bought this charge pipe and have fitment issues ? Thanks

You couldnt pay me to buy anything from vargas but thats because of the owners and many of their products such as their turbos are known to fail then he finds anyway he can to avoid warrantying his products.

I bought there outlet for my e60, the pipe at the couples was resting on the manifold, and since I’m running an RB a turbo cover, it made connecting the front pipe impossible to use. I enlarged the rear part of the oem pipe, and used the VTT a front pipe. I found that both pipes are the same id, so I done some porting prior to install. It works mint, I’m seeing that the front pipe with the tight bend, would be a restriction with bigger turbos, it has a nice big sweep.
