I went Hexon, waiting to receive it. It is smaller than the Pure but it should spool faster. Rated for 500whp with proper fueling support, where as pure is more towards 540whp with proper fueling.

Both around the same price. Hexons turbo is new, got a deal for testing and dynoing the turbo. Seems like RB and VTT gave up on the n55 so those two are out. Motiv has a big turbo but will run you 8k...

I am never gonna be able to fully utilize the turbo. Even at the drag the smaller turbo is more ideal cause it'll spool faster. That was my justification 450whp ish is good enough for me.

Hexon or Pure. Unless you can shell out $8k for Motiv's kit. I wouldn't touch anything Vargas sells as I've seen how he treats his customers.

I have heard good things about Hexon for the N54 but personally would wait until more people have ran the turbo before I would buy it. It also appears to be a little smaller and I would like to run 20 psi to redline. Pure gets my vote.

It is defined smaller.

I'll have a review soon. The savings was easily justifiable to test. Eitherway its gonna make more than the snail I have on now.

Been running pure stage2 for over 1 year now. Totally happy with it. I run 20-25 psi with port injection e50 mix. What a blast

^ What Peter said. I got the Pure 2 due to their quality and customer service. Plus I was able to grow the power by changes around it in a stealth manner as I was CPO. Like him I will soon have the port injection. Unlike him I didn't add components at an accelerated manner, so to speak. At 25 psi, my guesstimate is that he is likely at close to 550 whp, which means that with the exception of all out single turbos, the N55 is no longer the N54's little whipping boy.

Can't wait to see/hear about your results. I'm a huge fan of Hexon's work. I was just talking to a buddy of mine at an event this past weekend about his Hexon turbo's on his N54. He really loves them so I assume you'll be in for a treat as well
