Bald peak near Portland is a good road, and some awesome views with it. Part of it is a highway, so you more often than not will get poor drivers on it.
McKenzie highway in central Oregon is good, too. A little terrifying when you get an RV pulling a trailer coming the other direction around a corner, and they're taking half of your lane. That road really needs width restrictions. |

A bunch of us from the forum cruised Chuckanut Drive in Washington last year. It was gorgeous.
