Hey I wanted to know from anyone that has done a halogen to xenon retrofit on pre-lci e90 where did you mount your ballast? How did you attach it?

I mounted mine on the sides of the engine bay, there was a hole that had no screw but had threads that fit the bolt I had perfectly. the ballast that I got had a mounting bar that screwed on to the back of the ballast and extended out with another bigger hold for the mounting bolt. ill take some pics when I get off work.
my fog light ballasts are just sitting on the plastic underliner.

I have the morimoto mounts for the ballast that are in the shape of a #. I am hoping I can just get some self tapping screws and find a mounting place. The leads are long that go to the bulb so I think I will have a pretty good selection for mounting.

I am just going to double side tape the canbus somewhere as its not as heavy as the ballast.
