Got a japanese e90 with CCC idrive (casette tape + dvd) I've read to get Navigation we must swap the Nav/Radio DVD unit out with a USA spec one which has the map DVD in the nav? Is this correct? Does it matter if it's Europe Spec or USA spec DVD Nav?
