Rear Height
I recently changed over my struts from Bilstein B8's to Koni Sport Yellow's. I kept the same springs which are the Eibach Pro Linear's.
Just moved from my winter tires to summer tired today and find a little rubbing in the rear which I did not have with the Bilstein setup. My question is, is there anything on the market that would allow me to raise the rear end ever so slightly without impacting the rear suspension performance?

How would setting rebound stiffer prevent the springs from compressing too far?

I dunno. Not 100% certain. When I had my Koni Yellows rebuilt by a local vendor, I asked about changing compression settings, they looked at me like I'm nuts. Hence I was a little skeptical as to whether it will help.
Not sure about Koni Yellows for E9X, but on pre-E9x shocks the compression settings do not change according to the company I used to rebuild my shocks.

Yes, to cut off the middle flange and trim it along the chassis when is already installed to prevent possible rubbinf issue with the dust booth on the shock, all easy to do.

http://www.koni-na.com/en-US/NorthAm...stment-Guides/ Only tool a quick peak though...not sure if the Dinan's or other "custom" sets would be any different. |
