I'm moving to western MA/Springfield area shortly. I don't have an urgent need to get my car serviced, aside from an oil change in a couple of months.

Can anybody recommend a good Indy/or BMW dealership in western MA? (Looking at reviews online BMW of West Springfield doesn't seem all that attractive).

I haven't been there but hear great things. Also, if you're into history Rolls used to make cars in those buildings. I used to work a mile from there and went to school in Springfield so I know it can look sketchy in the general East Springfield area. You should be fine though. You can also rent/shoot some guns at the Smith and Wesson range next door.

Thanks for the reply, had lost hope that I'd get a recommendation! Will check them out when I get down there..

I've never shot a real gun (lots of paintball in college though), but will look into the range too!

They don't work for cheap over there $$$$

So do you know a good and $$ cheaper Indy around western ma or northern (down to Hartford, CT)?

I know of two places . One in Chicopee but he is older tech not well versed in newer electronic stuff.
Another shop in westspringfield but again his overhead is high.
I do know a couple Russian guys for computor work.
I think I would search IATN forums.

I'm a 27+ yr ASE Certified Master Tech 7+ year vocational shop teacher.
Also have a used car license. and i export.
Toyota,Honda,Lambo,Volvo,SaaB certified.
But i don't do ant work for customers anymore.

I had a very positive experience with Joe's Auto Repair in Worcester. He's very competent and well qualified with up-to-date electronic diag tools. He recently replaced my diesel engine on 335d at a fraction of dealer's price. Give him a try!
