So Cal, Good Deal for 328i coupe?

Just received a couple of quotes from the dealers from all over so cal, l, wanted everyones opinion whether or not i should pull the trigger!

this is exactly what he e-mailed me for a 6-speed 328i coupe:

2008 328i coupe
Non metallic
Navigation system
Premium hi fiMSRP: 39,375.00
Your price: 37,610.00 + tax and lic
Invoice: 36,810.00

Price including tax and license: 41,088.36

Sales tax at 8.25%: 3,107.36
License: 309.00
Tire fee: 7.00
Doc fee: 55.00

So it was basically 41,088.36 otd, should I ask for lower or should I keep looking?

The taxes will vary by state, but I got my 328 (see specs in signature) for $38,770. This was after a 2000 discount off MSRP, and the invoice was $38,390. Put $2500 down total, and my monthly payment is $500 inc tax. 3 year, 15K miles per year lease
