O2 Sensor Problem?
Hey Guys
I was racing the other night ( I kicked that pathetic RS4's ass ) but the next morning i started noticing the car was misfiring for the first 2 minutes after starting untill it warmed up a bit. I went home and had the following codes, 0135 - Oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1 0301 0302 0303 - Misfiring cyl 1,2,3 0172 - System to rich 2243 - O2 Sensor reference voltage circuit open Bank 1 Sensor 1 3026 - ? I have catless DP's but have had no issues for a couple of months and no codes untill i was racing the other night. Im thinking maybe the conneciton for the o2 sensor is loose or maybe o2 sensor is broken? What do you guys think? And why did this happen all of a sudden, i did drive the car hard but can that damage the sensor? A friend of mine suggested i remove the o2 sensor and clean the connections could this work? |

I've experienced the same issue but no codeshas been stored into ECU. We were trying to find out what's going on for two days ,but we doesnt seem to find a clue.

I received the same error codes this weekend after receiving the latest progman update. I have catted down pipes. Did the dealership resolve the issue?

If your cylinders are misfiring, then you need to take it back to whoever worked on your car and tell them to check the sensor's and make sure that they are matched up right, this happened to me also... either that or one of them became loose? but thats highly unlikely... Get it checked man. keep us posted

the newer program updates (v28+) have updated emissions. basically a tighter tolerance in the voltage range on the o2 sensors. had the same issues with hfc dp's throwing o2/catalyst faults.
