St. Louis Area Smog Questions

My car will be here next Wednesday (08 335i) from CA and I will register it with the state soon, but i had some questions about smog. If anyone knows a place that does a "Fast Pass" in the area PM me, but if not...will cattless DP's and a tune make me not pass smog? Thanks for your input guys!

*Car currently is stock so if i do add the DP/Tune it will be after the stock smog anyway*
